The Touchdown Club will only accept electronic versions of player documents

Returning Players need to only Upload their current Sports Physical

 

Due to the high volume of paperwork we ask that you attempt to submit the paperwork as early as possible .. If you have any issues with uploading contact Jeff Fleming at 314.267.2733 for assistance
